Quality without compromise – Balmoral Avenue, Mosman

We are close to handover on the construction of a stunning residence in Balmoral Avenue, Mosman. The three-storey home was architecturally designed by Sanctum Design Consultants and, having worked alongside this esteemed architecture firm before, we were thrilled to once again partner with them on what can only be described as a truly remarkable dwelling.

No challenge was too great for our construction team, including limited access, a sloping site, and the need to remove 1000m3 of sandstone from the site in order to establish a solid foundation to begin construction.

Impressive features

  • External cladding in a combination of Gang Sawn Sydney Sandstone (our feature product in our Inspiration article this quarter) and thermally modified Burnt Ash timber.
  • Copper downpipes and travertine terraces.
  • Large open living spaces, high ceilings, and expansive windows to maximise the home’s panoramic ocean views.
  • Calcutta marble benchtops, Anatolia beige marble floors and thermally modified Burnt Ash timber screens.

"We have been delighted with the quality of the work that was carried out. I can only give the strongest recommendation for Steve, Tobi and their team. All our dealings were professional, courteous and effective. The guys were always available for meetings and consultations, ready with advice and always looking for innovative ways to use economical building materials and techniques."

Brad Worthington - Worthington BMW

"Thanks for our work to date, the house is looking great and is a delight to live in! Many thanks"

Home Owner - Pymble

"RE: Glenworth Valley, Calga
The builders, MudgeCorp did great justice to the design and implemented their care to attention to detail throughout the building, especially the timber work."
