Which residential home did we win Housing Builder of the Year for?
By now you may be wondering which home we won four out of five of our MBA awards for (including Housing Builder of the Year) at the 2015 Master Builders Newcastle Excellence in Housing Awards.
It was a custom designed beachside home in Avoca Beach. The judge's comments reflected the high level of skill required to build the home, which is featured
on a recent cover of the MBA (Newcastle) magazine.

“The combination of a challenging site and a high spec home designed to fully capitalise on its coastal outlook has provided the builder with the opportunity to exhibit the extent of their skill and craftsmanship. The builder has delivered an exceptional home in every respect.”
The awards won for the construction of this home were:
- Housing Builder of the Year

More Residential Project news: Albany St. Point Frederick
Construction has commenced on a multi-million dollar home with an impeccable design in the exclusive Central Coast suburb of Point Frederick on the Brisbane Waters foreshore.
We are building on a generous 1,915m2 block of land. The home will feature an impressive entry with Portico flanked on either side by man-made ponds, a tiled entry flowing into a large open plan living, dining and kitchen area, a purpose built home theatre, three bedrooms and a study, a motorised gate in bronzed wrought iron and the use of Woodform’s Expression timber cladding from its ‘Whitsunday’ profile collection in a concealed, spotted gum finish.
You can take a closer look at Expression Cladding’s Whitsunday profile, which has a relaxed, expressive look and a highly durable finish making it a great choice for coastal designs and conditions.
The home is due to be completed in November 2016. Stay tuned for updates as construction progresses.
