CORPORATE SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY
Supporting our young workers
At MudgeCorp, we realise the importance and the benefit of our young workers within our team. We pride ourselves on giving them opportunities to enter the workforce and encourage them to consider a career in the building and construction industry.
Who better to learn from than our highly esteemed and experienced project managers?
We provide young workers the opportunity to undertake our "MudgeCorp Mentoring Programme".
This is a Work Placement program that involves our project managers selecting suitable young and inexperienced work placement applicants and mentoring them. Our highly experienced project managers teach them basic skills and share their knowledge of the building industry, best practices and also the importance of collaborative team work.

Helping school leavers "get a foot in the door"!
We feel that school leavers don't always get a fair go and we acknowledge how hard it is to get a job in the building and construction industry with little or no experience. Hence our dedication to our MudgeCorp Mentoring Programme – we are committed to making a difference and improve the chances of aspiring young school leavers that would like a career in the building and construction industry.
For those that perform well and impress our project managers, we provide a written reference and a completion certificate.
If you think that you are a valid candidate please complete the enquiry form in our career section and mention this 'MudgeCorp Mentoring Program'.
